- यहां पर अब आप मोबाइल नंबर और सिक्योरिटी कोड दर्ज करें ओटीपी भेजें पर क्लिक करें मोबाइल पर ओटीपी आएगा इसे दर्ज कर ले और वेरीफाई करें
- मोबाइल नंबर और सिक्योरिटी कोड डालने के बाद जब सबमिट करते हैं तो मोबाइल पर पांच अंको का वन टाइम पासवर्ड आता है उसे वेबसाइट में डालना होगा और वेरीफाई कर देना है उसके बाद ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म खुलेगा
- अब आपका फॉर्म खुलकर स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देने लगेगा यहां पर अपना सभी जानकारी सही-सही ड्रॉप डाउन मेनू सेफ सेलेक्ट करें और एक आवेदन फॉर्म या आपके पास कोई अन्य कागजात है शिकायत दर्ज करने से संबंधित उसे भी 500 KB के अंदर पीडीएफ फाइल बनाकर अपलोड करना होगा
